so i have to bitch about gateway...omg. as some of you know, this computer is only 3 mos old. the laser mouse went already, and i call them..they send me a "new" mouse, they send me this old, ancient POS ball in the bottom mouse! so...i call them a few days ago, and tell them i want a laser mouse, like the one my puter came w/, and how dare they send me this old ass thing when my computer came w/a laser. fine they say, sorry for the inconvience, they send me another one, WELL that just got here today...and...ITS THE SAME DAMN OLD MOUSE! wtf!? so, i call them back today, speak to a dude (feel bad cuz i upset him im that pissed off) and he tells me to hold on hes gonna get a supervisor, i say fine. don't u know cuz of the weather, my phone gets disconnected for like 4 seconds, and they didn't call back! OH MY GOD! i really feel bad for the next person i get on the phone....the end.
